Ali Omar.

I have just watched Dominic Mee's interview with Ali.

What a character this guy is absolutely irrepressible! I predict he will be a big Plainmoor favourite and if his football is as good as his personality Gary has unearthed another diamond in the rough.

If and when this guy scores a goal his celebration will be such that Plainmoor will think we just won the National League Title which Ali is already convinced we will!

Check him out on the OS. Very entertaining.

It’s nice to see genuine character coming through, as a lot of the interviews we see these days are pretty monotone and managed or just all saying the same old thing… welcome Ali you have already got your own fan club without even kicking a ball at plainmoor!

Nice lad, very enthusiastic but comes across as lacking experience at this level.
In Gary we trust.
Life is like TUFC. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. :goal:

Lacking experience at any level!

Attitude and desire will take you a long way in life. Lets hope his matchplay skill compares to his obvious enthusiasm.

I watched his 'debut' but it doesnt count. Easy peasy versus Poole.

I was there too and everyone had an easy game but he did run down to celebrate both goals from a fair distance
