75k for a CEO is really not very much. as I said before, you'd have to assume that there's a commission part to his compensation as well.

regarding the part that I've put in bold - is this people who have walked away recently, or some time ago? I'd think it was the latter, in which case the CEO has a duty to try to charm people back into the fold. I'd agree that the commercial personnel we currently have might need to improve.
