@alex_moyse has declared himself a free agent. Frank nouble…..NIZ
@FrankNouble is rather good at social media and embracing the fans. He seems to think he is leaving but unusually his management team are also saying goodbye which is odd and optimistically a sign he is negotiating a contract.
Jack Stobbs
@jackstobbs7 says he is leaving but with no club, can he persuade his family to move from Yorkshire? We hope so.

No doubt there are other players online via Instagram who are letting the football world that they are available. The controversial new non league contracts will also make a difference. Basically, a club can terminate the contact after several weeks if a player is injured. Maybe TUFC will keep a standard contract which would attract better players.
Not quite true as the new contract situation has changed and this has been taken out.

Look do you honestly think that Nouble is going to pissing about playing in this league next year?

Nouble, Jarvis, Dawson, Lapslie, Stobbs and Collins - I'd regard it as a bonus if we end up with ONE of these players next season. The issue is that players will be offered less money.

The only fecker who isnt going to get paid less is Weasel Johnson who is solely responsible for getting us in this mickey mouse league in the first place.

Brucie please don’t question anything here as there are too many in the know. They appear to know everything and others are not allowed to have a view or opinion

Another idiotic post from Toastkid - Keep Olaf - yes great idea if he's so good why didnt he get a loan at a NLS South club then?

Answer - He isnt that standard. There you go thats that one sorted.

Why do you assume that Jarvis is staying? - because he is under contract it will mean absolutely nothing if he wants to leave.

Why do we need a third striker? Johnson went from January without one - yet another reason why we got relegated.

The powers at be have already said that he won't be going unless a big bid comes in, he's already reiterated that he's happy here after this years goal return which has been the best of his career, he's also stated that he wants to play for Johnson as he's the one who has given him his big chance.

this is a key point in all of the players who could leave but may choose to stay. Hall and Moxey would not stay if there was a new manager. Jarvis is another one whose chances of staying are higher than we might assume given his production this (last, now...) season. He's had a stop-start career and this is really the first time that he's flourished; I don't think you can underestimate the effect that can have. Of course if Wrexham come in and offer £1m we'd take it, but I think we all know that kind of offer isn't happening.

Halstead is another who might decide to stay; after a horrible first year, Johnson showed an element of faith (admittedly, because he had to after McDonald left) and Halstead has mostly come good.

Jarvis may or may not leave, but it's not the foregone conclusion that some appear to think it is.

There will be a rump of players who will remain due to being contracted or electing for a further year. Many will depart of their own accord or will have been released. I expect to see the following next season;

Hall, Moxey, (both to be fashioned to be future coaches/managers)? MCGavin, Wyatt, Lovett, Omar, Hanson, Crowe.

Johnson will have much work to do to build a new squad. He may offer terms to Collins and Dawson. Others I suspect will reject offers to play in a higher league.

Long loans from Argyle and Exeter have got to be an option..local players stuck in reserve games need competitive games..why haven’t we been able to do this on a regular basis??

In the past two seasons we've had players from both of these sides.

Plymouth - Randell on a season-long loan (where it rapidly became apparent his career would be way higher than NL) and Ryan Law - think his was a month long loan?
Exeter - Jack Sparkes - short term following a bad injury. He went back there and was immediately playing for them (again, too good for NL) and...Nelson Iseguan? His loan was wildly unsuccessful, his contract with them up the road was actually terminated in March.

Did just check, and it looks as though Ryan Law's contract is up this summer. He was on loan at Yeovil towards the end of the season so he may end up getting released; if he wants to stay local he'd probably be a very good option (although you'd have to assume he'd want to be at least NL level)

I do wonder what must be going through players minds at this stage of the season. For example, Dylan Crowe must be asking himself where did it all go wrong. Eleven years with Ipswich Town Crowe gained international honours for England at Under-18 level, then signed a 3 year contract for the Tractor Boys after £300,000 was tabled for him by Huddersfield back in 2019. Even Man Utd, Arsenal and Celtic were circling around the youngster at the time. And next season at the age of 22, if he's lucky, will face the mighty village pub team of Aveley.

Doubt Crowe even cares, they will all come and go.
He will know soon enough if he is being offered anything here, if not he has to Hope . Let’s face it, he could not force a regular spot here and his biggest problem is he cannot defend . There might not be many takers.

We cant get rid of all the players we have as Johnson would have to recruit a whole new squad so I reckon that some of those not in the team may actually stay.

I would go for Omar, Crowe and possibly Wyatt staying given that you have to take account at the low level we are playing at.

Very unpopular opinion here, I still think there’s a decent player in Crowe
