All over. Must say some confidence is restored for me. Would have taken a point but gutting to drop 2. Onwards and upwards. Bury game is the one we have to win.
Na, na na, NA NA NA NA, NA NA NA NA, TORQUAY!

Although second half we were shocking and it feels like 2 points lost, I still have a bit of confidence going forward with some of the play today.

Has anyone done the "it felt like a win" joke yet? Just me then... Thought we were better in the first half, had a few chances just after half time then got punished for it. We did well overall though, I'm feeling a lot better now after watching that than listening to the last two.

Anyone listening to Knills post match interview? Must say he doesn't fill me with confidence. Seems very flat. Not liking the questions about where we are in the table, getting frustrated with the interviewer.

Much better performance in terms, of effort, commitment and energy, quality at times lacking, the team did compete and got into Portsmouth, and better individual performances from Mansell and Cameron when he came on .
Biggest disappointment for me was Nico, time and time again Pompey went down that side, Nico got shredded time and time again, I stood there saying for 40 minutes far to many crosses coming in from that side, and if you kick a ball at a lamppost enough times you will hit sooner rather than later, and sure enough after god knows how many crosses came in they got one right in the end, that was avoidable, Thomas Cruise. Enough said on that.

I have to give credit when it is due and today I give it to the players and Chappell for scoring. I can't give it to Knill.
The issue for me is that we started this game with 4 short term loan players. What happens when they all go back to their clubs? We'll still have no continuity and in effect be back to square one with players coming back from injury or having been dropped for loanees. So for me it's a point gained and the players dug in but Knill still has no clue what he will do for next week until the box of pins come out again at Bury. We've won just 2 games and this still hasn't changed.
Well done the lads today. It is brief respite whilst we prepare for the next round of stress and uncertainty at Bury.
I've made a note of your interesting points about Nico Dave and I fear Alan now has to stick with him otherwise if he brings Cruise back in again (when he shouldn't have been dropped - again) then he's going to look like a real tool. Those 2 must be seriously confused. I bet they have bets between them to see who will get the nod from one week to the next.

Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.
