Gulls Player

Post by taunton_gull »

Having enjoyed the buzz of our first win of the season - I logged on to watch the highlights only to find MK Dons v Bristol City uploaded instead of our game! It's the same on Northampton's website. What a great service and excellent value for money :-D As if games cutting out mid-commentary wasn't enough, SORT IT OUT!!!

Agreed - Shambolic :slap:
Ruined my 5minutes of 'gull time' this afternoon... I was so excited to see the goals and it was poxy MKD on our feed - FFS :@

Nice to see the club have responded swiftly to this. I always appreciated it was out of their hands, it just seems such a joke that there is a complete monopoly over all clubs as far as player is concerned when the service is so poor. Mind you, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised when you think the Football League is in control of the whole thing.

This is all very well (official site notice) but the problems with GullsPlayer have been going on for a long time. So bad (owing to carelessness and incompetence) did these problems become last season that I no longer subscribe.
Probably the best way to get this situation sorted out is for subscribers to vote with their feet (or fingers) and press the unsubscribe button.

They raise the price by a pound almost every season, yet the service gets worse. I've come very close to not renewing this season. I was hoping they would finally get their act together. Sadly not, still a below average service.

I see they have finally fixed the low, mid, high quality issue as I now can choose high without the player stop working. Can't say that the picture quality is any better between low and high though :(

Well worth the wait.
Chappel looked tremendous, quick, direct and wants to get in on goal, knows where the net is, can see him as our top scorer with 15+ goals.
Let the season begin!
