TUFC have just sent me a email to buy tickets for the FA Trophhy game with Chippenham on.17th December. There are NO tickets being sold for the Family Stand.

What a fracking joke! You can stuff it up your arse, I will not be there and I would suggest a boycott of the match, lucky to get 300 there.

An indication of what is coming next season in the NLS!

I dont blame you North Curry House it is a Micky Mouse game anyway, although I understand why the Family stand will be closed for this particular
Non Event........as a season ticket holder I will also not be attending and I am sure others will follow suit.

We sadly are not a forward thinking club in any way shape or form.

The postponement of Bromley is no suprise...I understand it was at Bromley's request (not ours) well surely somebody at OUR club would have realised there was a little kickabout in Qatar and it was Semi Final night ! Who is the p**t that gave this as a go ahead date for this fixture ?

Also if the club want to boost attendances, not that they seem to be bothered......How about taking a leaf out of Notts County book, tickets for a Fiver v Yeovil boosted the attendance to a record NL high with 16,000 in attendance.

We already have the NLS mentality unfortunately and this stems from the very top. Somebody needs to get in the real world

This is not the club's fault. The game was originally scheduled for the previous day (which is also a World Cup semi final day) as part of a full National League fixture list. Bromley's request has nothing to do with the World Cup, why should they care if the crowd was lower than usual, it's not their home gate.

Yes it was originally the Tuesday and changed and agreed by somebody assuming at OUR club who have to agree to any change because of the Oldham away on the Sunday for tv. Then the blame is with the National League.......who surely should have avoided the Tuesday and Wednesday dates.
Someone is to blame......Qatar semi final dates were not dreamt up yesterday.

Why is it a "fracking joke"? It costs money to open up different parts of the ground on a match day. From past experience we know there are very low crowds for the early rounds of the Trophy. Surely we should be thankful the club is using economic sense instead of wasting money.

Seems a sensible decision to close the family stand

Better view in Bristows and the price is the same for that match

And from past experience we know we are only ever involved in the early rounds of any cup competition

100% and back then it felt like it couldnt get any worse being a non league club. The quality of players we've had over the years, that special player who you'd pay to come and see, being a League One team with Leroy. I could go on but in short looking back we've had moments of being served steak, moments of being served a good burger and now we're chewing on the sole of a shoe if you get my drift.
