We are going on the train, booked as soon as the fixtures were announced, thinking now that might have been an error!!
Cant see us getting anything but spanked again.
O well, day out in london, pub at paddington, or ruislip? thats the overriding question!!! :scarf:

Come on the gulls, 3 points Saturday and hopefully the turning point in the season.

Sounds like a top day out, definitely Paddington and then onto Ruislip.

Our season has to get going tomorrow, we cannot fear Wealdstone!

Mosey’s injury will be an interesting one if he misses out. Will GJ switch to a back 4? Martin surely has to start so could Wyatt play in front of him and Evans wide right? Anything to ditch the wing back system!

The best outcome would be to change our shape and win because of it.

1-2 (Goodwin x2)
202 Gulls

We need more zip in midfield. I'd play a back 4, and bring Evans and Wyatt in more, alongside Hanson. McGavin for the Bench and perhaps go 4-3-3. It can be a solid formation if you want it to be cos you can out number the opposition in the middle of the park. Course, where you gain, you'll lose elsewhere...

Listening to the commentary On the radio it sounds like we were completely battered in the Second Half.
A hard fought point earnt which is welcome. Well done the YellowArmy who travelled to support The Boys , and a safe trip back home.

Take a point but by all accounts we were very lucky. That’s 9 games now where we’ve been second best. If something drastic doesn’t change the best we can hope for is staying up. Realistically we are going down. I hate to think what Wrexham will do to us next game.

First half we could have been three up but ended up lucky to get the point.

Don’t think we had a shot second half.

Good number of away fans but generally fairly quiet.

Gary Johnson didn’t bother to thank the fans. Has he lost interest?

Seems we’re all lacking passion at the moment.

It’s time for the board to make a decision. We don’t need to see any more games this season to see where it is going.

Either back GJ in public and look to bring in a few quality players (where from I don’t know) or he has to go and we start again with someone else. I don’t mind either way but something has to change. Wrexham game really could get embarrassing. Attendances are plummeting, performances awful and any early season optimism has completely gone.
