Lifted from another thread . . .
This ↗forevertufc wrote: ↑04 Dec 2020, 15:25 Fantastic news fans can now return to watching football. For me as said before it was all about waiting to see what sort of restrictions would be in place, going to football for me is all about a social day out, includes popping in the Gulls nest, standing with mates on the popside and joining in with the chanting.
Looking at the restrictions in place, sadly it's not for me, I'd already written this season off, the supporters code of conduct just confirmed it, that said, this is of course is 'NO' fault of our football club or any other for that matter.
Soon as the restrictions are lifted, I'll be back, and cant wait.

Having actually gone on Saturday I have no doubt that tomorrow night's game will be carried out in the same safe and professional manner.
The knock on effects of not doing this can be easily seen at Weymouth

think they are still available today until 1pm online or phone
I imagine you cant sell physically on the day so avoid the potential situation of too many people turning up
Just had a look - theres still a few in all sides of the ground - bar the popside now
Eastleigh v Wrexham off tonight - Eastleigh self isolating , hope they didn't pass anything on to Maidenhead Saturday !
See that Wrexham manager got Vanarama Manager of the Month for November and Luke Young the Player of the Month.

Never seen such a one sided half for years, I was expecting more from Maidenhead.

Dave Thomas is **** clueless. I don’t think he knows which way we are shooting.
Great performance again

Agreed not sure what planet Thomas is on he was screaming at Randall for going over the ball and costing us a needless free kick when he was in fact fouled and we got the kick, from a first half where we dominated more than any game I can remember in the last few years to making us sweat towards the end of the second half, we are definitely down to the bare bones, Whitfield limped off and Kerr has hurt his ribs, we defo need a good ten day break to recuperate.

How did we turn that into a close finish?! If it had been a boxing match the referee would have ended it at half time. We had 22 attempts and 15 on target for our two goals. They only had two on target for one goal. Some of our play was sublime and Maidenhead just couldn’t cope - their keeper was excellent. The double save at the start of the second half was brilliant. Still another 3 points and no reason now why we can’t go unbeaten up to the New Year.
