My only concern is that Woking know how to cope in the likely conditions. If anyone has seen their recent (unlucky) defeat to table toppers Macc Town then they will have seen the almost comedic conditions that game was played in.

Woking equipped themselves really well and played the conditions well.

That's my concern as well. A poor playing surface can only help the underdog side.
That said if Torquay were to win today it will place Woking under more pressure during the run in.

good point Andy, but they still lost.
we need to start as quick as we did at Chester, I'm hoping that the team take confidence from that performance.

It was only a last minute goal though that Macc scored on the break so Woking did well. On the flipside you could also argue that they've had a gruelling time of it plus travelling so are ripe for the picking. As opposed to a Torquay side fresher thanks to more favourable pitch conditions up at Chester and the luxury of having a 2 goal lead against 10 men for the last half hour or so of that game.

Whatever, the game must be won.

If the anticipation and the work gone into the game decided the result then we have won already. Just hope the good performance although agasint a poor Chester team and all go into the mixer and indeed a home win today.
I'm feeling positive

They didn't do that well cause they lost at home - and possibly losing at the death is good for us. Tough conditions yes but possibly an advantage being the home side with the quick turnaround. Who knows!
