How about start Williams, try and get one or two up and then bring him off. Not try and keep it 0-0 and then bring him on and try and nick something. That was Ling's approach but he had the players to do it and the tactical nous to pull it off.

I don't think Owers realises that we actually have to win matches. We're in such an awful position that a point,even if it were to be against top of the table teams is of little use at all.
