Charlie Sheringham is awful and thinks he's a lot better than the rest of the BSP. That's precisely where he belongs.

I think Murray was offered a new contract?

Cody McDonald will probably not want to go here, there were rumours that we (Peterborough) wanted to sign him, so I don't think he'll return to this division.

Sherringham is unfortunately not very good :'(

Dartford play in the Conference South, not BSP. Dont think you can argue with his strike rate for last season, 14 in 29. Just a suggestion. :)

Whoops - my quick typing caught me out.

Thinks he is better than he is - saw him play a couple of times last season and he's a billy big bollox. AVOID!

I really don't think 14 in 29 in the Conference South is that good a record. Certainly not worth a punt at all. Would you ever see a Championship side signing a league 2 player with that record? Very much doubt it!

0 in 15 for Histon in the BSP wouldn't fill me with much confidence either.

And he's 27, if he was early 20s he could be worth a gamble but not now, he's effectively an old man!

seems like it's Adam Virgo, though
Fate: A police dog called Bryn bit Torquay player Jim McNichol and the time while he was receiving treatment was added onto the end of the second half.

Interesting that Charlie Sheringham has been mentioned on here again, even if it is nothing more than hypothetical forum chat.

Having seen him play 3/4s of a season at Bishops Stortford, it would be easy to criticise him. Languid, lazy, stroppy, not strong or quick, not good in the air and misses a hell of a lot of chances.

But its that last point that makes you think - you would not believe the amount of chances he misses. Whilst his execution is poor, his movement in and around the penalty area can be lethal. Almost a poor mans van Nistelrooy. i dare say he could have scored twice the number of goals he got if he'd converted a reasonable number of his chances. its the fact that he has this movement, positional sense that almost make him worth a gamble.

But as someone else has said, this is all BSS level - stepped up to the BSP and flopped.
