I think the captaincy screwed him up. Didn't seem to play well whilst he had the armband.

The reason we are not creating enough chances is the ball is being put into the box to early. When a player gets into a wide area he should get near the touch line and pull to ball back for the players running in. Some coaches like to put the ball in early but the defender nearly always is facing the ball and wins it clearing his line. Iffy does get to the line and is a threat because he does pull it back.
