Agree with the majority. The coach always represents good value and is the cheapest way to get to away games. I will be booking on for York on the bus soon, as teebo said other teams charge a lot more for the same journey.

I do know this don't worry, I'm not an idiot and I know Steve very well. What I was trying to get at is we need more supporters at these important games? Will you be going to either or both?

All I asked was if the club could put some sort of incentive for more people to make the trip! It'll help the team the more noise we make and the more support we show - reply to DiamondGirl (don't take the top part to offence, I've just read how it sounds, sorry)

Surely you can see where I'm coming from Alex especially as you'll be part of the 10/11 people on the minibus?

I think we should all be pre warned in a PM about posts coming up and then we get to vote to see if it's allowed to be made a thread? Would that make most of you happy?
that maybe the case.

but you are the only one talking out of theirs.

as far as this thread goes, thats open to debate. and if you know Steve very well, I bet he would be made up with your OP.

to get more supporters at games be it home or away, the said supporters need some sort of incentive. the biggest of which would be a team actually winning, never mind playing football good enough to watch.

Haha how am I talking out my arse?

And no, Steve wouldn't be mad, if you actually read the OP, nothing I've suggested would put Steve out if pocket

You are forgiven, Gazza.None taken. Feeling's are running high, at the moment, and I think your OP has just lit the blue touch paper. Maybe, with a 3 point haul tonight, things will seem better tomorrow morning. :) ;-)

But the coach is still great value, no matter what age you are. :slap:

I'll be at York. I sort of understand but I don't think the club offering to pay for people to go to York on a Tuesday night would boost the numbers by many. Because its miles away and not many people will want to take time off work etc for it. If it was for say Bristol Rovers or a sensible Saturday game then maybe the club would consider it if it would seriously increase the amount of people going but as stated by others they are nothing to do with the Travel Club. Steve Breed does an excellent job doing it and I'd reccomend it as a very good way of getting there. I'm surprised more people don't use it to be honest.
