Oh my Lordy, I have not felt this nervous about a game in aaaaaages. Sort of gutted I can't be there thanks to some shitebag who's stolen my bankcard but not sure if my nerves would have lasted 90+ minutes. To all my fellow fans, I hope today is amazing. To Nico and the team, c'mon you can do it. To all the GI crew...**** off.

I wouldn't listen and only had a sneaky peek on here at half time for fear of jinxing the score. Fantastic result, massive well done to Kev and the team.

For God's sake, I thought the Club was at an all time low before this. Un-frigging-believable.

Any news on how the half went? Where's our Jeff with his ground updates? I haven't got commentary as I'm watching the other Jeff, Bees got Martin Allen back there. *heart smilies*

YorkieAndy is right, sorry bobby93 for not adding my congrats earlier. Good news on here is a bit unusual at the moment, so lovely to see that you're on the shortlist and fingers crossed for 5th (December, not place)

Solihull Moors 22/11/2016 & Standing Up
Hi Mr Perry,
Not being a Torquay rezzie, I can't give too much insight into restaurants near the ground - no doubt some forum members will be able to help. I was in Torquay this week though and had a great meal at The Visto Lounge which was on the seafront near the Princess Theatre. Loads of places to eat and drink in the town centre, ranging from cocktail bars to usual Spoons pubs. From a girly viewpoint, shops aren't quite BullRing standard
I hope you have a smashing trip down (bar the result, obvs) and enjoy the atmosphere on the terracing...

Bumping this thread back up in view of the 'Constructive ideas' topic. I was really surprised that the planned event had to be cancelled due to poor ticket sales - with match day gates of 1500, were there really not 100 supporters willing to turn up for this? If I lived closer, I would have gone. Not sure about The Wurzels right enough but seemingly they're still a crowd puller...if it was S Club I'd make the journey
