This is exceptional news. THANK YOU Michael Westcott and co. Now the hard work begins and we start to move forward!

Biggest game of our history so far - for all the wrong reasons - but an absolute must win for us to start looking forwards

Their definition of a ‘big crowd’ I dare say is slightly different to ours.
Can’t make it on Saturday but enjoy if you’re going, hopefully a steady win and no banana skins to see us through to the next round.

MOTM - Eastleigh
Nouble - just so rarely loses the ball. Holds things up, super strong, brings others into it. Gets us up the pitch crucially!
Hall - great goal, composed, won tonnes of crucial interceptions to allow us to maintain control of the game.
Lapslie - the right call for him to come in instead of Evans. He won so many second balls off of knock downs from the front two.
Lawrence - will be a future star. Can’t believe he’s only 19.
Jarvis - didn’t get too many sights of goal but kept battling well.

TUFC v Wrexham change of kick off time
Luxurious compared to anything you’d find in Wrexham that is.somersetgull wrote: ↑06 Apr 2023, 18:01 Actually it is true..luckily most of the bats Wrexham drank in were considered luxurious, while the owners of the bar were happy to take insurance payout and renovate them to normal standards.

Torquay v Wrexham Tickets
No.Wxmfan wrote: ↑03 Apr 2023, 10:36 Hi all, I have a feeling you may get a few of these in the coming weeks, so I apologise in advance.
Unfortunately I have missed out on the tickets this morning, and already have accommodation booked down in Torquay. Going to be going down to enjoy the atmosphere in a beautiful part of the country anyway, but it would be the cherry on the top if I could get a ticket.
Would anyone here be willing to get me a home ticket? I won’t wear colours, won’t celebrate, and don’t have a welsh accent, so it won’t be obvious, but I would love to be able to say I was there, hopefully in the years to come.
And after the way our fans were treated at your place last season, I hope you get a good hiding if you do make it into the home end.

Looks a bit scammy to me. Would recommend anyone planning to travel by coach to book with the official TUFC supporters club instead. Details for Derby here: https://x.com/TUFCtravelclub/status/1589721159376916480

Squad 22/23
I would like to see it more shaping up as a similar 4-3-3 to what we played at times last season, with:happytorq wrote: ↑06 Jul 2022, 14:44 Seems pretty obvious we'll be playing a 3-5-2, using the pacy Martin and Crowe as wing backs.
GK: Halstead (I think GJ will be giving him a chance)
DF: Omar-Marshall-Moxey (possibly Hall will play there if necessary, although I still we need another centre-half)
Wing Backs: Crowe & Martin
Midfield: Lapslie + one of Hanson/McGavin/Hall (dependent upon opposition, could see us playing with two "defensive" midfielders) + Evans in the forward mf role (again, McGavin could maybe play there)
Strikers: Jarvis + AN Other, although I suppose if we don't find one we like we could have Evans playing the...er..Evans role from the past two seasons.
GK: Halstead
DF: Crowe - Omar/Marshall - Moxey - Martin
MF: Lapslie - Hanson - McGavin
FW: Evans - Jarvis - O'Connell/another wide attacking player to come in
Expecting competition for Jarvis and Halstead to come in before the season starts too

Transfer talk.
Time will tell - we did well enough without Nemane, Cameron and Whitfield last year so don’t see why we wouldn’t do the same next year. They’ll get paid more, our players will be hungrier for success - watch us finish above Stockport and Notts next season with King Gary in charge.

You'll all he pleased I won't be taking up the option of securing mine as I know our season is done & dusted.
Absolutely no chance of winning the playoffs, we've forgotten how to win !!
One thing we know is that with Gary in charge this team will give everything to get over the line. We may do it we may not but one thing is for sure: entertainment will be guaranteed.
Good luck to everyone in the fight for tickets!
