What i cannot work out is why TUFC should be involved with the development of Nightingale Park at all.
And why havnt other bigger developers and more succesfull been interested in it.
If he can build houses on it, just bloody do it, and instead of a new stadium, which the bay does not need build a bloody science park and create some well paid jobs.
No it doesnt add up at all, there is another agenda, whatever the clauses are there will not be a new stadium anything like Plainmoor, and we will probabably lose Plainmmoor as well.

Osborne meeting with Kevin Foster MP and Cllr
I think the point is that if/when we move to a new stadium, receipts from car parking will go straight to club to invest in the football team so we can be a successful football team.
Perhaps all the receipts from all the other activities at the stadium which generate income will also go straight to whoever owns the actual football club.
Splitting my sides with laughing at those assumptions.
BUT..... CO could easily come and state NOW that I'm totally wrong and in the tenancy agreement we have these:
1) Current rent / terms and conditions we have at Plainmoor will be the same at a new stadium
2) Any income generated by that stadium will go to the football club, not a third entity.
3) That this tenancy is in place BEFORE Plainmoor is developed
A very easy commitment to make, and it would put people with views like me well on the back foot.

Some Hungerford fans were barracking Keating, I will not repeat it on here. Its part of football, gee perhaps we should stay silent the whole game or sing nursery rhymes, only Politically correct ones of course.

Hungerford Town v Torquayunited 15/9/18
Now that was thoroughly enjoyable.
Played very very well. Hit the post, the bar, goal disallowed, missed a few as well.
Everyone put in the effort and we looked like a professional football team.
We were alert, first to the ball, always seemed to have an extra man. Ball control and passing good for this level.
That was one hell of difference from the last game I saw.
I don't want to say Hungerford were not much good =, because I wouldn't want to take it away from those players.
When we scored you could see the players were relieved, jubilant and wanted more. Bloody good afternoon!!

NEW MANAGER GARY JOHNSON
Great appointment, for me the best appointment we could have done given our current situation
I cannot see a guy of his experience coming to a club in this league without having discussed ambition, money and the future.
I am now wiling (but keeping my eye on the ball) to give CO a second chance. my boycott has ended for the time being.
