Elsewhere in the bay
Congrats to AFC Brixham on their well-earned promotion! It’s amazing to see their rise from the South Devon League to the Southern League, with the floodlights upgrade showing their commitment. A friendly with the Gulls would’ve been a great spectacle—hope it happens next season! Anyone know how Brixham’s settling into the new division?

Does anyone have a spare ticket for the Hemel Hempstead game?
I hope you're able to find a spare ticket soon! You might also want to check the official Torquay United fan groups or social media pages — sometimes people sell extra tickets there. Good luck, and I hope your daughter gets to enjoy the game!

WhatsApp Group?
There are a couple of unofficial WhatsApp groups floating around, but they tend to be invite-only and set up among smaller circles of fans. You might have better luck asking on Twitter or at a matchday to get an invite. Otherwise, the forum here is still one of the best places to stay updated. Hope that helps!

Music services
I mostly use Spotify these days — the playlists and recommendations are spot on for me. I've also dabbled with Apple Music and YouTube Music; both have their perks, but I always end up back on Spotify because of how easy it is to discover new tracks. What kind of music are you into? Might make a difference in which service works best for you.

Fleetwood United champions UAE second division.
Really interesting to see what Fleetwood are doing. Shows how smaller clubs can still think globally and act strategically. Meanwhile, we’re still stuck in the same loop with little innovation. Would love to see Torquay explore something similar — even on a smaller scale, it could make a big difference long term.
