Thoroughly deserved, what a class act he is. Shame he never got another crack at management after Brentford.

I agree our train services are awful, particularly in the Midlands and North, but in my experience Europeans always complain that their rail service is rubbish as well which surprised me. Though maybe coming from the UK I had low standards for what counts as good service.

Cunnington, Modeste, Doe and Robinson have left Billericay today. Wheels seem to be falling off there.

Bass starts with MacDonald on the bench, didn't expect that decision to be made.

You were right, an unchanged XI from last time out.Hammdog2601 wrote: ↑22 Nov 2018, 16:34 I can see a strong line up, Johnson wouldn’t want to lose our momentum

Unfounded because you offer no proof to back up your own anti-semitic conspiracies, the reason being is because conspiracy theories are by definition explanations that carry no credible evidence.Southampton Gull wrote: ↑21 Nov 2018, 21:41 Unfounded? Do your own research. Funny you should mention the Rothschild's.......

Ah let me guess, the Rothschild's are involved as well?
Nice to see we're not above unfounded conspiracy theory on this forum.

MacDonald
Lemonheigh-Evans
It seemed like almost everyone in the ground had a Torquay short or scarf on, I'll go with 800.

Weston Super Mare v Torquay United 30/10/2018 ko 7.45
We didn't deserve to win the game, as Johnson pointed out post-match. Weston were nothing special but for the first half and long periods in the second neither were we. Their keeper didn't really have too much to do and we just couldn't find a killer pass or run through their defence.
Johnson said that he asked the team in the dressing room to put their hands up if they thought they played well and no one did. MacDonald had reason to, he pulled off a couple of very good saves, and of course saved the penalty. It must have been gutting for him that he had done all the hard work and the rest of the team let him down.
We'll have to improve massively to beat Billericay.

1-0 down. Despite having most of the possession we haven't done much with it. Their keeper has been relatively untroubled so far, I imagine Johnson is giving them the hairdryer treatment inside.

Fantastic second half performance, wouldn't have had that a few weeks ago. What an atmosphere after we scored the first, haven't felt that supporting Torquay for years. Loved it.
