Did the same with Elliot Frear at FGR, regular in their sidehector wrote:This doesn't surprise me. I noticed in the Janner Indy, yesterday that he had been released and thought to myself that we ought to take a look but thought it unlikely seeing as we couldn't afford Berry.
In the way that Exeter perhaps released Gosling too early, perhaps they have done with Dawson - let's hope so.

Durrell Berry
He's a better Leadbitter. He was played out of position last season on the ledt side. I'd like to see him playing for us. Don't forget, Argyle fans pointed out that Luke Young was sometimes incinsistant, look at him now

My Favourite all time Gulls team, what,s yours!
Marriot
Hockley - Woods - Branston - Nicholson
Buster Philips - Mansell - Hargreaves - Hill
Sills - Gritton
(I know Hockley wasn't officially a RB, but A, we've never had a good one, and B, he played a bit there!)

Ched Evans
Forgive me if this has already been started.
His girlfriend has sparked controversy after appearing on ITV's 'This Morning', saying that Ched would love to come back into football. Personally I don't mind if he came back into football. As long as he was respectful and went about things the right way; such as McCormick, I think he has done everything the right way IMO. Half his wages to charity, behaves, keeps his head down. Whereas Lee Hughes is rude, daft celebrations, and winds fans up. I know manslaughter and Rape aren't the same but they're the most recent examples in the lower leagues I can think of.
Fairly sure his release is imminent, and if he were to return to football, I imagine it would be the same as McCormick, start at a lower non - league club and get back into the league. Or alternatively going straight back to Sheffield United where he was last playing. Fairly sure he scored a couple against us in the FA cup when we lost 3-2 I believe. Howe and Stevens with our two.

It was Ben Pringle.Chris B wrote: A brilliant goal made all the more memorable for the fact the ball looped to Stevens on the edge of the box directly after another player, I think it was Ben Pringle, had struck powerfully against the crossbar.

Take it seriously, would do anything to get to the big Wembley final, being as we'll win the league, so we won't be there for the play-offs

I'd stick Harding at the back, only one game, no need for a loanee. Can we all remember that KARL HAWLEY leads the line for Alfreton.

Best goals seen at PLAINMOOR
Some of these have been listed, but these are mine, no particular order.
Nicholson v Barnet
Sills bicycle kick v Histon
Young Yesterday
Young's free kick v Woking
Kevin Hill v Exeter in the play offs
Jarvis v York a couple of seasons ago
Matt Hockley v Halifax
Nathan Craig v Gillingham.
More will come to me, but those particular goals have been etched into my memory.
