Bournemouth and Burton fans
I heartily agree. Great gesture of generosity that deserves national recognition. Well done the cherries! I'll be down there for the weekend too. I'll drink a few and dedicate one to them (Hic!) Birthday party you see Yes, mine cause I'm worth it and not 55 every year!

Who will it be?
There will be some surprise nominations for the post I'm sure. Lets hope the pay off for AK doesn't hamper the boards decision too much.
Who's in the frame? I think you have all covered the obvious ones.

Knill gone!
Well I expected it at some stage, maybe a few weeks ago to be honest. AK hasn't looked happy for ages and the results and style of the side is simply atrocious. Apart from the second half at Northampton it's been a real rubbish season so far. There are some talented players in that squad so I really hope the new boss can get the best out of them otherwise we are in the deep sh1t that is the Conference. Anyway thanks Alan and I hope things work out for you in the future.

Should the club sack Alan Knill?
Well that's the frustrating thing! The club has to stick with AK and, to be fare, there has been some improvement but we still fall to those ever present defensive errors that are regularly costing goals. I didn't go to the Exeter game but the reports seem to state that we weren't too bad, just bad errors and a wonder strike but how long can we keep saying that before its trapdoor time and we are consigned to non league oblivion.
I just hope the board are right on this one otherwise its Forest Green Rovers and Brackley Town (up through the play offs in Conf North), no money, youth set up, etc, next season and home gates of around 1,000 disgruntled fans.
Saying that I went to see Brackley Town draw 1-1 with Leamington on boxing day. My old mate Ray Styles is one of their directors. 600 fans and no atmosphere but a friendly little club all the same. Please don't consign us to that though!!! The opposing fans migrate around the ground at half time. Bus shelter for a covered home end and It really is NON LEAGUE.

Well I'm not going down for this one. It looks like another humping on the cards like the one we got way back in 68ish when we lost 1-6 on boxing day. I'm not expecting much but you have to have some hope and just maybe we will get a draw. Fingers crossed.
COYYS!!!!! time to step up and stand the line!
I'll go for 2-2.
