TUFC.V.BRFC boxing/new years day match thread.

Persoanlly don't think it was a penalty because the free kick went straight out of play and was going near no one in the box regardless of weather there was pushing and shirt holding which happens every game. But the ref was abysmal all game. Thought we played quite well and deserved three points. For all of the ball Rovers had we were never really put under any serious threat.

They have a habbit of beating recently relegated teams/bigger teams in this league so wouldn't be surprised if they gave us a game despite there lowly position. Think it will lack goals be 1-0 either way.

Scoreline suggests they are not great. We should win this one.
I didn't realise a close scoreline against a team we just beat meant they are "not great" they are 2nd in the league for a reason and I'm sure they'll be up for it in a game they have nothing to lose and can play without fear.

Had a few occasions where it hasn't been segregated Lewes.Eastbourme and Dartford. Can be pretty enjoyable mixing it with opposition fans.

Tough one really. New ground for many but its only the Trophy and Christmas is coming up as well could be anything from 100-250 I'd guess at.

Making the trek up for this one. Apparently there could be no segregation tomorrow night so we can go where we like according to a Dover fan on Facebook. Looking forward to it.

Neal wrote:Well done lads. Now I'm really looking forward to Dover. Anyone else on here going? And where to go for a pint before the game?
I'll be there. According to football ground guide if it isn't segregated then theres a bar at the ground or a pub called the cricketers by the lower pitch.

As for the game today I thought we played well despite the ref deciding that anything we did was a foul. Looking forward to Dover on Tuesday night expecting a tough game as they are in form at the moment.
