New manager announced - Paul Wotton
Obviously we know that because the sale is subject to creditors agreement. Its going to make absolutely no difference though because it isnt going to stop any negotiations with potential contacts because they will be signed once the club is sold.

New manager to be announced.
Not really - as it came from someone who has a close connection to the club, I guess we can take it is that is correct.

Braintree Town promoted to the National league.
Yes but Torquay wasnt in London the last time I looked. Getting promotion with a part time team in Devon will be nigh on impossible.

Its not a fixation. Warmock is linked with Westcott so likely to have some input. It he has some contacts I would have thought that might be useful.

Doubt if Westcott would pull out over a post on a message board.
It does seem that he has distanced himself from the TUST after him and Broderick were interviewed on Radio Devon when their bid was first publicised. Westcott came across well but Broderick was the opposite, absolutely terrible.
So who were the mystery preferred bidders who were so shrouded in secrecy that noone has a clue who they were.
John Jarvis an 83 year old who has sponsored two games and was photographed the Bath game not far from where he lived, and in cahoots with James Watt, Brewdog.
Hardly seems likely the more you think about it - in fact if Watt had any interest whatsoever you would have thought Westcott would have been in contact with him straight away.
So maybe it was the Westcott consortium from the start - if it wasnt there just doesnt seem any viable alternatives around.

Thats a fair point about Warnock actually. Would expect him to have some sort of input.
Goodness knows whetherr there was another bidding consortium Possibly there wasnt after everything.

Well that seems all very odd. Seems like the original Preferred bidder has pulled out.
If we go part time thats it finished.

Noone suggested that an announcement was going to be made yesterday - in fact the opposite was specified. The information was specifically that the sale was going through yesterday.
Whether or not it is correct I dont know, but to accuse someone of making it up and it "clearly not being correct" is nonsense.
If the sale did go through yesterday and its now the weekend I would suggest that the the earliest we would here about it is next week.
