Friends re united?
My prediction a 1-0 win for the gulls. Torquay always do well with a full voiced house behind them, or near it v oppo of a similar standard.
Att 5500.

So, any side he's involved in we generally come off second best. Oh dear.
Perhaps we should use reverse psychology and applaud him on to the pitch?

Re: Bid for Benyon rejected!
On the basis that we got £35k from a tribunal for Carayol after two years and a handful of games ,I say keep Benyon until the end of the season.
On the Carayol formula, Benyon must be valued at £200k + in the summer.
That way we get to keep him and earn even more through progress in the cup.

This has to represent our best ever chance of getting to the 5th round.
Don't know what all the negativity is all about. Brilliant draw and bring it on.

Re: Rovers in for Buckle?
On the basis that Rovers would have to pay a large chunk of money to us and we could pick up someone like Trollope for nothing, i'd take that.

Re: £48
£48 - you could go to the cinema and have not much change out of £30 therefore i wouldn't say its a complete joke. Would rather go to a live event than sit in front of a slightly larger screen than that at home.
2 coffees a couple of kids hot chocs and a round of buns at Costa (packet) set me back £15 the other day, now that is a joke, or perhaps a bigger joke, what is the price to go up and down that baloon thing on the sea front for 10 mins.

Re: Pitch Inspection taking place
Well, 5 is well above freezing and if Exeters game is still on, its a cr*p decision taking into account a) the forecast and b) the time at which they took it.

Bit odd to call it off at midday on Friday and I look at the BBC forecast last night and it suggests 8 degress at 3pm on Saturday in the South West???

Yes Austin, although they now rate him in the £2m category - Go to Thisisswindon.co.uk and follow the STFC links as Austin is on there this week claiming he wants to play higher up.
Nothing less than £100k for me for Benners then.

If its Swindon, I hope its at least six figures and sell on as they turned down 600k in the summer for him.
Figures of £40k. Why bovver?

Re: Bid for Benyon rejected!
Dagenham. Whats the point? Like Torquay have always been and always will be a small club and arguably smaller than us.
Very likely we'll be playing them again next season.
Wrong move but he will go at some point and good luck to him.

Re: Fans Forum write up.
A good idea to make visiting supporters sit in the away section of the new stand, thus charging them more (as we seem to suffer at various grounds around the country) and a better atmosphere.
