Re: Attendances
I wouldn't say free, the club still need to make money. Hereford charge £3 for under 10s. If kids for a quid isn't financially possibe maybe they could stretch to that?

So it would seem *sigh*. Not even space raiders and Freddos were safe from increases.westbaygull wrote:Have the days of Panda Pops and a 10p bag of sweeties gone forever?
Sad times.
Re: Fave ads
There was a Dairylea ad that had me in stitches a few years back, it wasn't about very long. It could've been because the slogan was unintentionally pure filth. Or at least it was if your mind occasionally occupies the gutter.

Re: Accrington game
Oh I'm chuffed to bits that we're top of the league and believe we won't be anywhere near those pesky relegation spots come May. I won't be calling for Buckle's head after every defeat but I hope the lads snap out of what made them play so poorly yesterday quickly (preferably next Saturday) so that we can achieve that wonderful dream of just outside play offs safety.Chow Mein wrote:I'm not really filled confidence either really, I mean if you look at the table after 6 games we are top of the league, been having sleepless nights living with that fact.

Re: Accrington game
I can only judge a game by the reviews I read and I'm not filled with confidence after this, though I'm convincing myself that it is just a temporary blip.
The first match I'll make it to will be away at Shrewsbury. I sincerely hope that things pick up again by then as I'm very much looking forward to it.

Re: Accrington game
I admit it, I'm a failure as a fan. I never make it to Plainmoor more than once a season.

I'm with HoHG on this one the fuss last time was ridiculous.
Gulliball did come up with a points system too.

Oh, how true. No one thinks of us poor gingers. We can't pull off most colourscosmic74 wrote:Oh, by the way, the black kit is great, especially for kids, much better than white! And before someone points out the home kit, it clashes with my sons ginger hair

Re: Welcome back
This is good news.
I actually had to tidy the house whilst the site was down.
Couldn't be bothered to type out the old name so just gone for the initials.
Now to play with a smilie.
