The Gary Johnson effect

stefano wrote: 05 Feb 2019, 16:18 Did I miss something? I thought he had no history of building stadiums! ;-)

The Gary Johnson effect

We can all enjoy the current on field situation, like I am, whilst still displaying both concern and distrust for those things happening off the field.

People like Clarke Osborne don’t suddenly decide that they are going to throw money at something without expecting something in return.

His history at building stadia is well documented and anybody who thinks he will suddenly build one for us, is smoking something that I’d quite like a drag of myself.

New Year Reflections.

I do wonder whether Clarke has realised that he won’t get the land he wants, and so wants to offload; investing in the team to make us more attractive to an investor.

Or perhaps I’m just reading too much into this.

Seating issues

It’s no surprise that Andy is sorting this. At the risk for turning this into an Andy Candy love in, he is always willing to assist fans when he can. There are many on here and elsewhere that can attest to this. Had he been informed of your plight on Boxing Day, I have no doubt in my mind that he would have come and sorted it.

Look forward to seeing a successful resolution to this episode and, going forwards, a decent seating ticketing allocation system in place.

Our electricity is generated using energy from the sun....I’ll send you a picture of what the sun looks like, because you sure as hell wouldn’t have seen it living in your grim northern shithole 😉😉

The worst Rail Service in the whole of Europe.
Overcrowded, overpriced and unreliable.
We are the laughing stock of Europe when it comes to trains.

Torquay United V Concord Rangers 17 Nov 2018

Why does everybody have to compare things back to “the good old days” and not just enjoy Reid’s goal for what it was? An excellent, well taken long range shot, scored by a young lad who is bang in form and enjoying his football again.

I’m sure there have been better efforts in the past, but just enjoy the team currently, and the goals being scored.

The best 18 minutes I’ve spent in a long time watching that. Some great goals - with Reid’s the best of the bunch.
