The land relates principally to the site of the existing ‘Velopark’ and All Weather Sports Pitch Area at the above location. The land is more particularly marked hatched red on plan reference EM2970 annexed to this notice. A copy of this notice and accompanying plan may be viewed at Torbay Council Connection, Paignton Library and Information Centre and on the Council website. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Paul Palmer, TDA, Tor Hill House, Union St, Torquay TQ2 5QW by no later than 31st August 2017.
