A Southport win and a Kidderminster win send Torquay to the foot of the table where they remain until relegation/administration/liquidation.

Southport fan here. There's no denying that tomorrow's game is important for both teams but this will be the first time we've been favourites to win a match for a long time.

We're getting our first 11 back. Mike Phenix returns, and Andy Bishop is also back but I'd be wary of dropping Cole Stockton so we may very well keep the one up front and Bishop on the bench.

I've not seen you this season but by all accounts you were much better Tuesday night so that will definitely give you guys some heart.

We had the week off which we so desperately needed and that's the main reason why I think we'll win to be honest.

1-0/2-1. Good luck those of you who make the very long trip.

Not a game I'd put any money on, but we'd be a certainty to win if we played Spiess up front as a striker... :)

I recckon a 4-3 defeat. Defence looks fragile and hurst will cause them problems.

I wouldnt b surprised if forest green come in for hurst or a lge 2 side. Shame we didnt give him a 2 year deal

Take Hurst out of the line-up (injury/suspension/sent off/sold - whatever) and our only goalscoring threat is gone. Other teams will know by now that he has to be kept quiet.
Nobody else looks like scoring unless it's an open goal. We desperately need a proper striker in on loan.

I think all those that complained about Bowman last year would beg for him to come back with everything forgiven after this start to the season. Big task to get a regular goal scorer at this level with 0 budget. Come on Kev show us your contacts ;-)

2-0 win

Hurst, Marsh

See he has picked himself again! Wonder if he is the first name on the team sheet??!

Obviously he must consider playing on the left side at the back of the squad is the premium place to view the game and be able to make informed managerial decisions : :}
