You paid us £70k for Buckle
Quietly we all had a chuckle,
You'll come to the Moor
For a Buckle-free tour
And we'll take the piss for **** All :)

Wrong thread. Mods move it please

Dear footballing gods,

Please let this rumour of Buckle looking for a gig in the states be true. Please.

I have the tomatoes ready and everything.

I wonder if Buckle's time at Rovers would have been more successful, if Rovers beat us back in August? (Buckle's first home game as manager against his old side?) Not making an excuse for the slimy weasel because he deserves being sacked! But because he started off badly at Home and it was against his old side, maybe that stayed on his mind?

I've heard the U.S. rumour too. I get the feeling it would suit his ego.

Anyhoo, congrats Rovers. (D)

Someone care to enlighten me as to this US rumour?

Has he already lined up a job or just said that he wants to go there?
Maybe one day, Carayol will find London...

Like Freddy Krueger and Jason Voorhees, Buckle will be back to wreak havoc on some poor unsuspecting fanbase with more mayhem and tactical horrors.

His missus works for ESPN and sees her future there. She would obviously be keen to see Buckle become Manager of the US national team.......................he's ambitious you know ;-)

Hilariously, Jurgen Klinsmann has recently being accused of having too small a contact book by looking to bring in too many players who play in the german leagues.

And his ladyfriend presented the ESPN coverage of the women's world cup here in the summer, and she was really quite good. Would not be surprised to see her get permanent thing at all.

Could not have happened to a better person. I'm sure theres some clubs in non-league to match his ambition.. somewhere nice like Hayes & Yeading.. :)

Bucks has done part 1, we need Martin to complete part 2 and make Bucks physically bilious!
No need for euphemisms old chap, just say it............Plymouth Argyle!!

Am I the only one who is gutted?

I thought they could at least have waited until we had done the double over them!

It will be a lot more difficult now he has gone.
