i have heard in the past people say....torquay cant afford to go up.... im a bit blonde and obviously stupid so can anyone explain that concept to me please??

Off the top of my head, increased police costs, more staff needed, especially on match days, increased wages, large bonus payouts, costlier player contracts...
Fate: A police dog called Bryn bit Torquay player Jim McNichol and the time while he was receiving treatment was added onto the end of the second half.
