George Edwards OUT

Post by Louis »

Next statement I hope to see. We cannot start a fresh with him at the club still. Osbourne’s lap dog is no good for us.

Fully agree Edwards had a personality by pass at birth and of no use to OUR club whatsoever.
Perhaps he can re-open Pontins again.
I do not want to see him anywhere near TQ1 and the sooner it is announced he has gone it will be for the better

Osborne et al have been like a cancer ,on the way to a cure you need to kill off all the bad cells so yes a clear out of the ownership completely and the hangers on and start afresh

I'd hope Mel Hayman slips out the back door before him. And I mean slip, despicable woman.

Edwards is Osborne's henchman so will be leaving as soon as the administrator is appointed or upon a new owner coming in before hand. I would be very surprised if Edwards was at Plainmoor on Saturday, it wouldn't be safe for him.

Edwards and Hayman - the Caeusescus - of TUFC need to be advised, in no uncertain terms, that they are 'persona non grata' at Plainmoor and at any other football/sporting club.

Surely this is a given? I really know nothing about the work he’s put in at the club so find it difficult to pass comment other than upon his poor communication record with fans, though I’m genuinely curious to know what his day to day involvement has been!

Abbey Stadium maybe…although it appears Swindon Council have concerns about what he’s been up to there

This statement from Edwards lit the blue touch paper and for that reason his position should be untenable.

Life is like TUFC. Perfect moments can be had, but not preserved, except in memory. :goal:

Certainly will be looking forward to him being gone. And also to when neither Osborne or him are no longer the arbiters in interpreting or determining what an ‘essential operating cost’ is.

Just popping back on here to say that George Edwards is now no longer a director at Gaming International, or that company's parent Toklon Ltd

https://find-and-update.company-informa ... ng-history

Does that mean that there has been a falling out? Or is he a potential purchaser?

Time will tell, I guess.
