Yes you both must be right.

I wondered as I know you can't dispose of any assets and they freeze the bank accounts.

Not many torquay or taunton players are assets

At least Taunton are away tomorrow so Tuesdays game should go ahead as forecast is better.
Truro were due to play Dover
what a midweek trip that would have been if Truro had been playing in their home city .

There was a pitch inspection due at 8 this (Friday) morning to see if the game between Truro and Eastbourne could go ahead at Taunton on Saturday.

That match has now been called off due to the waterlogged pitch.

United’s away trip to Truro City on Tuesday 27th February has been postponed.

This is becoming ridiculous. Seems very foolish for Truro to have moved to Taunton. How the hell are they going to fit all the games in with only 10 Saturdays to go. Now we are going to suffer.

Taunton have just had a new drain fitted. That might help the pitch a bit I suppose. Fingers crossed for them.

I think they also need rain covers. Surely covers can't be so expensive that a sponsor couldn't step forward and buy some for the club. Taunton is a decent sized town. There must be money there.

...and for those of you have already bought tickets for the game in Plymouth, those tickets will not be valid for the re-arranged fixture (now at rain-sodden Taunton).

What a shambles of a Club and the League for allowing it to happen.

Do not count on Truro having their own ground next season, it may not happen! I would not be surprised if they are still sharing. Too many broken promises.

Probably hoping I will again pay my money to see the game at Taunton, then due to April showers they will transfer the game to Plainmoor. I'll then have to pay again. How did we end up in this fiasco of a league when our attendances still average 2000. Maybe it's best if they do to a sick animal and put us down quietly. I can tell the boy they've gone to draw with Spurs every week in the sky.

Maybe I should have copied and pasted the whole thread from twitter.

If you've paid for a ticket, you'll have the money refunded within 10 working days.... and then you'll have to purchase a new ticket for the re-arranged game at Taunton (or possibly Blyth Spartans, Berwick Rangers)...

Plymouth Parkway have confirmed that anyone who purchased tickets for the original fixture will automatically be refunded within the next ten working days.

Full ticketing information & pricing for the rearranged match in Taunton in April will be announced in due course.
