Maidstone 3 Gulls 1.
Perhaps optimistic but I do not see the season is over yet. We do not do boring mid table, a late push when suddenly most players are fit will see us scape in to the playoffs, only to lose away on plastic, o how unlucky!
Yes, right, we know it is how we played in January and February that will determine the amount of plastic required to get past. To much.

For Covolan to play a blinder we need to be creating chances and then getting them on target. Unless there’s a change from recent form I can’t see either of those happening.dagglebert wrote: ↑06 Feb 2024, 12:52 What's the betting Covolan plays a blinder? Can't see anything other than a defeat, hopefully not another thrashing. 3-0 to Maidstone.

I remember thinking the same when I had to watch a large group of their fans behind the goal taunting and throwing stuff at Liam Davis while he's trying to reset his broken ankle in front of that section. Sickening behaviour.
Only one result I can see for us this evening unfortunately, and that is a humiliating defeat by only 4 or 5 if we're lucky
Maidstone 2 Gulls 0

Who is playing where tonight exactly?
5 at the back?
Martin at left wing?
Martin instead of Archer, why?

Yet another loanee thrown in with probably not a training session with the team, on paper this really looks like the bomb squad has been sent up there, doesn't fill me with much hope at all.

Will need the bench as I doubt Duane, Hall or Martin will last 90
Good luck to anyone who has made the trip
Someone nail Lapslie to the centre circle so he can't wonder off at front and get WJD playing off Duane

That line up looks like we’re playing for the 0-0.
Fair enough under the circumstances.

NTV coverage is so rubbish . It’s like they can’t be arsed to film it but they have too .
