Prediction for Saturday:
Torquay 1 Dover 0
Not at all confident but just hope we can score (unlikely to be more than one) and somehow keep a rare clean sheet against the bottom side.
THREE points is all that matters.

I went to the first game and in the first twenty minutes it was embarrassingly one sided. At that stage it looked like it would be 7/8 as Dover had no defence. It was all too easy and we then relaxed, letting them back into the game. By the time we realised this was happening it was too late and we were unable to step it up, and could easily have ended up losing in the end.

Quite conservative by your standards Skillsy, but you know we always concede, usually the first goal and we have no strikers so 4 ? and as you say we cannot play for 90 minutes , time Johnson sorted that out.
Not sure Foyo is the answer, reminds me of the loanee from Sunderland we had - Kimpioka , couldn't finish to save his life, never mind Ashton Gate , if he had put away that guilt edged chance at home to Bromley with the keeper to beat from 10 yards we more than likely wouldn't have needed a play off final.

Desperado.....
I agree, Foyo doesn't seem like the answer at the moment but as he is on a professional contract at Ipswich he must have more than we have seen so far.
You may have noticed I only ever predict victory, and convincing ones to boot. The only time I would predict a narrow victory would be if we were drawn at somewhere like Man City in the Cup, where I'd settle for a tight 0-1. I'm a realist.

Hope we lose 10-0 if it means GJ gets the sack.
Predicting a 2-1 win though in front of the seasons smallest very quiet crowd.

Gary is being totally unfair on Osman Foyo. He is a midfielder who has occasionally played at fullback. A 19 year old pushed into a lone forward role in his first senior games. Hardly giving the lad a chance. Another illustration of enlightened recruitment.
Jarvis has been unavailable since late October and Ash over a month ago. In the time since the only genuine out and out forward signed is someone who has in recent seasons floundered in leagues below Torquay without great success. He looked great until the match started.

GJ said that one or two injured players might be fit for Saturday, but he wouldn't say who. He likes to keep us on our toes and the opposition in the dark, as if it would actually make any difference.
Indeed it wont make a difference, this isn't City v United. Can't think Dover's manager is sitting there thinking, will Lapslie, Jarvis and Ash be fit, Oh the master of mind games has got me here, guess Ill need a plan A + B ready for 2.15.
Think we all know what Dover's approach to this game is going to be regardless.
