What I notice from watching our highlights is how half hearted a lot of our tackling is.
We seem to be favourites on occasions but the opposition come out with the ball more often than not. Shame Dolan isn't still here, he really got stuck in , another reason we miss Lapslie too.

I went too far last night when questioning your understanding of football. I should not have written what I did.

I am sorry.

Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Nothing to be sorry for, we've all got opinions, we won't always agree, a diverse forum is healthy.

Anyway merry Christmas to you, and look forward to an exchange to veiws in the future. 👍

I went to Chelmsford and was hoping to witness a continued revival but actually saw a dreary game in which we were second best. Such a shame after the earlier results, this was a chance to consolidate our position but ended up faltering. Yes, we may get some more midfielders back after injury although we could still do with a dominant strong centre half, a decent orthodox left back and right back as we as a big unit up front. We all know recruitment has been lacking and no doubt the likelihood of bringing in some solid players is not going to happen. More likely we will continue to flatter to deceive through a few steps forward mixed with a few steps backward. Net result, failure to get promotion even through the playoffs.
