Torquay Utd v Welling Utd 21/10/2023 15:00
Got to agree with Brucie on this subject, I saw the Borehamwood Vs Welling highlights and Welling looked decent, on another day they could of won, I think they'll try and remain in the game, and look to build into it, if it's 0-0 after 70mins I'll be concerned, I still think we'll win and I stand by my prediction, but it definitely won't be easy at all.
I like to think we wont have conceded after 70 minutes but I'll be surprised
I think this will be a nervy 2-1 win for Torquay.
If we concede first, it will get toxic very quickly.

We will scrap a 2-1 win.
Plenty of bits here for the Welling Manager to put around the dressing room however.

Gary to keep the wolves at bay for another few days

Please, get right behind the lads for the whole ninety minutes. We all know that when fans turn on the players, it only makes things worse. Have a moan on here, by all means, but not during the game.

Welling looked good against Borehamwood, but what teams were out for a cup match? Their leading scorer has 1 goal all season. So going for a hopeful 2-0 win for us.

The last two games have dented my faith.
The lack of incoming loanees has dented my hope.
Have cancelled my planned trip to WSM.
Just looking for a win today to start rebuilding.

Very important match.
Lose and we'll start to drop away from the top group, potentially 7 points off the top and it will be another big blow for confidence.
Win and we could be close to the top with two winnable away games to follow, then two home matches against promotion rivals.

Gull in black, if you're no longer going to Weston can I buy your ticket please. Sold out, apparently.
Just pay on the gate - they'll be plenty of torquay fans doing that. Their ground is shambolic and you cant get any any sort of view along both sides of the ground which are completely flat.
Stand in the large away end as that will give you the best view - here will be more away fans than hone fans.

Great, thanks.
