Mcgavin - screamer of a goal, tackled, tried to pass the ball over hoof ball. A great week for him

Ash - thought he caused them problems, tricky player, however he should have scored at least one in the first 10 minutes.

Jarvis - worked hard for little reward.

Halstead - a couple of vital saves and some lovely punted passes.

Moxey - we look more assured with him, bonus point for winding up their huge captain.

McGavin - Goals do not come better - great all round contribution - showed his class
Halstead - made some critical saves which otherwise could have turned the game on its head.
Lapslie: it was hot out there but that did not stop his terrier 'win at all costs' approach
Marshall: Solid defending
Tomlinson: Ditto

Tom Lapslie. Covered every blade of grass.

Brett McGavin. What a volley.

Will Jenkins Davies. A very promising game. Improving all the time.

Mark Halstead. Crucial saves in first 20 minutes.

Tomlinson. Making steady progress.

A good team performance against a decent side who will be in the playoffs for sure.

Halstead - two fine saves early on and great distribution all game
Lapslie - non-stop effort and some quality passing at times
McGavin - for the worldie goal and a tidy display without setting the world alight
Stobbs - particularly in the first half he was roasting their left side of defence
Moxey - saved his defensive colleagues with his calm efficiency and experience
Phil

Another marathon beckons!

Mighty difficult to limit it to just five. I thought that was our best TEAM performance of the season, against a very good Chelmsford side.

However the two standouts were, Mark Halstead (again) for saving us early on and Brett McGavin for the goal of the season.....
It will take some beating .
