I was certainly pleased to hear of a good cohesive performance Tuesday , even more pleasing to hear of a good individual performance from McGavin , as many have said, myself included so many times, play, players in positions that suit their game rather than take away from their individual strengths and see what happens.

We all want to the same thing, promotion this season, no one can be blamed for being negative to date, as performances have been well short of the required standard for promotion, and you'll only get away with it for a short period, so Tuesday needs to be the turning point, as todays opponents will present a much sterner test.

Chelmsford, have already proven this season, to be a hard team to beat, so our teams standards will have to rise, we could see our team nick this one, but feel a score draw more likely.

my prediction 1.1

Every prediction of mine has been wrong, they don't conceed many, we haven't scored many, so 3-2 to us!

2005 in attendance.

Hopefully 4 at the back.

Well I enjoyed that, by the end anyhow.
A niggly but entertaining game that threatened to boil over at various times.
We could have been 4-0 up in 10 minutes. Absolute screamer from the ever improving Mcgavin. Their captain is a complete numpty trying to bully any Torquay player possible, as well as walking back on after leaving the pitch, as were their coaching team, giving it loads when it went 1-1 and not being able to handle being given some back at 2-1. Loved it, not often I let the emotions come out.
Feels like we have a bit more about us, looking harder to beat and more sharp in attack. 4 at the back suits us,, Hall and Dawson both pitch side and walking around.

How was that game 0-0 at HT!! Some unbelievable chances in the first 15 minutes

Showed that we can stand up to a bit of physicality today which was good

Brilliant strike from McGavin and I thought WJD had his best game for us so far, put the ball in with pace creating the OG

Ref was a numpty and didn't get a grip at all, I presume all the new rules have gone out the window as he clearly hadn't read them!

Would have loved to have been on the pitch to give some back to their no.5, thanks for the 3pts
