What's been highlighted, and why the focus must now be on how much we pay Pete Johnson for scouting is, whilst Lee Johnson was at Bristol City, then Sunderland there was no shortage of players, soon as Johnson junior went to Hearts, where there is no players we can to into, the recruitment, particularly on the loan front has been awful.
Lee Johnson is manager of Hibs NOT Hearts, to confuse the two is a hanging offence in Edinburgh.

I was reading an article on scunthorpe today, judging by its content they have accepted their relegation, they are sacking back office staff, closed the academy and the first team are training in ilkeston, 70 miles away. Is this a portent of things to come for us?.

Er, that's what he said......
Reason being that he owned them before he bought Scunny and the facilities there are "much better," he also mentioned that the location of the training ground was close to the M1.
He also said that a lot of the players travel to Scunny, so it will also save money on accommodation etc.
