His disciplinary record at Barnet was suspect to say the least

Sounds poor though doesnt it. They bring on a sub who scores - we bring on Ollie Tomlinson who is about Truro standard.

We seem to be second best against everyone we've played so far. We've played Oldham who were lucky to beat Dorking on Saturday and are losing at home to the mighty Wealdstone.

We were pumelled by Halifax who havnt won a game and have failed to score again so far tonight.

Bromley failed to score against 10 men Altrincham on Saturday and they had an outfield player in goal for the last half an hour. None of the opposition seems any great shakes so far - we have more or less fluked 4 points and despite Johnson saying we will get better there is precious little sign of it so far.

It wouldnt be so bad if we created a few chances in a game but generally it sounds as although the opposition have about 90% of the chances and possession in every game.

We are one down - need a goal and it sounds like Bromley are missing chance after chance.

I think that’s the worry. No signs of much cohesion all over the pitch.

Desperately need Andrews or Jarvis fit to partner Goodwin up top.

when we play on Saturday, we'll have had 3 different back 3s in 4 games

???-Omar-Moxey (presumably)

That's going to make cohesion difficult. Marshall sounds like a bit of an idiot, honestly. He was booked after 6 minutes today - straight away he's on the back foot.

That was deja vu, halifax game all over agian, battered for a great part of the game, Goodwin a one man band up front , and we seem incapable of stopping them coming forward. we escaped with a one nil loss.

Early days. GJ still doesn’t know his best side, and we have limited options up front. I’m still not convinced by 3 at the back, but we don’t have many decent wing options to play anything different. Onto Saturday

Pointless - it will be the same old story. Dorking hammered Maidstone away tonight. Its no fluke they play good football and look like they are going to score goals. We've probably created 4 chances all season. We are piss poor.
