No match thread? Any win will do. With Dagenham and Grimsby playing each other and Notts hosting Chesterfield there should be some ground to make up if we can get the 3 points. You’d expect Bromley to win at Wealdstone but Solihull may have some problems at Woking. If a miracle is to happen I doubt it’ll be Boreham Wood we’re chasing, despite their recent poor form.

2-1 Gulls

A lovely sunny day for the visit of Weymouth who look destined for relegation and have conceded 66 goals this season with only Dover having a worse record.

After our 4 -0 win over Aldershot I anticipate an unchanged team and I am going to go for a repeat showing and 4-0 to the Gulls.

We seem to have injected a lot more pace into our play and playing Connor more centrally gives us more firepower, COYY.

2 home games

2 wins

7 goals for

0 against

:scarf:

Someone confiscate the whistle from the ref, loved to give a nothingness foul

Thought we saw the best of LHE today was all over the pitch linking up the play

Good run and finish by Wearne after a quality ball through from Duke - who should have scored if he had a bit more composure

Think we could have put them firmly to the sword if we had been a bit more clinical and looked a bit shaky at the back at times usually from Mcdonald faffing about or kicking out of play

Weymouth were marginally better than Aldershot but are resigned to relegation, along with Kings Lynn and Dover.

Another easy three points, which made us look good
I am looking forward to our next match against Notts County, that should be a tight match.

A comfortable three points against a very poor team, although without Mcdonald tipping at least three over and around the post first half they could easily have given us a run for our money, we looked good going forward but not so good defending, we again tried to pass our way to the goal when certainly first half anyone of a number of players should have had a poke from the edge of the area. Glad we changed to a back four second half, I understand why Opi was pulled off at half time, he and O'onnell both seemed to suffer from the same affliction, both out and out speed machines, both lightweight physcially and neither had the confidence or seemingly the ability to run their defenders. Will we have the same success against a top seven side, we will have to wait until the 9th April to find out.
