No match day thread?
Oh dear...... :-/
Anyway, Halifax away - usually a good game as TUFC visit The Shay - one of the better grounds in the National League.
Following the away win at Kings Lynn, I feel fairly confident - but of course Halifax are on a good run too and in the play-off positions.
Looks like we have an almost full squad to choose from, so hopefully a good performance beckons, so I'm going for a draw.....
We will of course, as mentioned in this thread - https://forum.torquayfans.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=15100 be paying our respects in the 40th minute at the game with a minutes applause to Andrew Holland aka WestYorkshireGull following his sad and sudden death in April 2020 aged just 40.
For those purveyors of fine ales, we will be meeting in the Ossett Brewery's Three Pigeons' Pub (approx.10mins walk from the ground) from around 12.45pm to raise a glass and remember Andrew pre match - this was the last match we were together with him.
To all the Yellow Army travelling from near, far and wide, have a safe trip and look forward to seeing you all at Halifax.
Cheers
Up the Gulls.

Gives us some much needed pace. Let’s just hope he can stay injury free and give us a timely boost. Would be great to get a win today but I think that might be asking too much but COYY

Torquay the better side it seems, just need to take our chances and keep the pressure on second half.

Duke McKenna playing central?

Story of our season so far, we batter them first 45 but just cannot finish, then they start playing and we cannot cope, if we get away with only a 2-0 loss then we will be lucky.
