Up to five players from today please, if you can narrow it down to that...

Wright - a hat trick says it all
Whitfield - scored one goal and the assist for Wright's third was reminiscent of Wayne Carlisle to Tim Sills at Wembley
Cameron - not only defensively sound but showed he can play football too
CLE - not all he tried came off but he was energetic and combative throughout
Randell - helped wrest command of the midfield from the opposition

Could have mentioned several others too - it was a pretty complete team performance.
Phil

Another marathon beckons!

After that performance, it's impossible to pick only 5 players. Even the Goalie made some fantastic saves.

Wright (Going from Good to Great to Unstoppable )
CLE. ( absolutely relentless drive and energy)
Sherring ( consistent and reliable performer from the get-go)
Wynter ( fantastic on-the-ball attributes and technical capability)
and finally
Randell (the 'Ghost’ for his uncanny ability to command the midfield unnoticed by the opposition)

Wright - perhaps he will score a hat full of goals after all??
Whitfield
Hall - please stay fit even if you only last the first 60 minutes per game
Wynter
CLE

Very difficult to name only 5 from the starting 11. Long may it last!!

Wright (has to be, really)
Whitfield
Randell
Lemonheigh-Evans
Hall

...but really, the entire team did well. we made a team who had been undefeated look terrible. Once of those situations where you have to wonder "are they bad, or did we just make them look realy bad because we were great?!"

Danny Wright.Probably the most perfect hat trick by a United player I can remember.
Adam Randell.A sublime pass to set up the all important first goal.
Ben Whitfield. So alert to punish our opponents for a poor pass.A well taken goal from a human dynamo. Well done Ben.
CLE.Relentless covered so much ground.
Asa Hall.Vital player every game or part game he plays.

As many have said no one had a poor game in a perfect performance.

Again not easy for all the right reasons. . .

Wright- perfect hattrick,
Cameron - lead the back line and team.
Lemonheigh-Evans - just class again.
Randell - this guy is a real find.
Whitfield - covered the whole pitch again.
