New types of sponsor, a knocking shop

Post by gullintwoplaces »

This link shows the lengths to which one club has gone to attract sponsorship:

I was wondering if Plymouth Argyle would be approaching the ladies around Union Street in Plymouth to see if they would sponsor the financially challenged Gargs?

From what I've seen of girls in Plymouth they don't charge for the pleasure. Not going to bail the club out that way unfortunately for argyle. Undertakers might be the next option though! Build a bonfire...

From what I remember about girls in Plymouth it would hardly be called a 'pleasure' :)

Now that's what I call 'burying it in at the back post'.

The sponsor might be able to teach them about head-ing a ball.

I bet a few teams try to get in behind them this season.

I heard John Terry was thinking of signing.

Maybe one day, Carayol will find London...

Given that the average age around here is about 85, undertakers might be a better bet for Torquay...

Perhaps our new sponsor for next season might be one of ill repute? Like an adult store or strip club?

Personally i'd like Paignton Zoo.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

I've always maintained we should be sponsored by Wonderbra

Because we clearly need all the support we can get.
