Ellis's finish at Macclesfield
Seen very little comment so far on this...
I have watched the Gullplayer several times now and have to be impressed with how quickly he reacted and tucked this away - reminiscent of Gerd Muller...He didn't look like a centre back the way he put that away
Could he be the next Paul Warhurst?

You are correct Dutch. Mark did start his career as a centre forward.
He is always likely to get you a goal, which is why he comes up, around the back of the defence, for corners. His finish at Macc. was really good. He overran the ball first time but still had the presence of mind to hook back. That goal cost me £5 as I sponser Mark for goals scored. Cost me £20 last season (£10 a goal) Sadly, due to the economic downturn, I have had to revise my payment terms. Hope to be paying out a few more £ by the end of the season though.

Who needs strikers when you've got super Ellis in the team!
Can everyone remember how hopeless we seemed before he got back into the team, now he's scoring our goals as well as preventing the oppositions?
