Lapslie - fantastic energy, crucially combative and coolly taken goal
Hall - great goal but another great midfield performance
Jarvis - worked tirelessly up front
Donellan - good defensive performance
Moxey - another quality display

And the home crowd-Plainmoor was eocking
Phil

Another marathon beckons!

MOTM . Asa Hall.
The skipper, the leader, the ultimate pro and what a superb header for the vital first goal.
Nico Lawrence getting better and better. Well done Nico.
Tom Lapslie covered every blade of grass. A superman and a pocket rocket.
Dean Moxey got a standing ovation and boy did he deserve it.
Kevin Dawson. I really cannot believe how good Kevin has been for us since his arrival.

Aaron Jarvis and Frank Nouble. Both worked so hard as did every player on the pitch in Yellow.

Nouble - just so rarely loses the ball. Holds things up, super strong, brings others into it. Gets us up the pitch crucially!
Hall - great goal, composed, won tonnes of crucial interceptions to allow us to maintain control of the game.
Lapslie - the right call for him to come in instead of Evans. He won so many second balls off of knock downs from the front two.
Lawrence - will be a future star. Can’t believe he’s only 19.
Jarvis - didn’t get too many sights of goal but kept battling well.

Not so easy to separate the top six or eight players, accomplished performances all round. Halstead didn't have much to do thanks to the lads in front of him. Even Ali Omar didn't do much wrong.
