I expect a comfortable win in the sunshine. To add interest lookout for Eastbourne's forward Josh Bingham who is on trial there. A tall, athletic centre forward who was once tipped to play for Australia. He has all the attributes to be a top professional BUT the only thing letting him down is the knack to score goals!

Yes Gateman but from memory think it was only a 2 point lead over Bury and Oxford , I dont think
even Torquay could blow a 7 point lead with 4 games left . If we had lost at Woking I may be a bit
more nervous. Having said that games against relegation threatened teams at this time of year are tough so not sure about a comfortable win in the sunshine , would be nice though.Gary certainly won't let them get into that mindset.

Yes, Mr. Gateman, 'bitterly remember' is right.

Agree with desperado, the title race in 1967/68 was tighter and to be fair our challenge began to fade over the last 9 fixtures, only 2 wins and a draw. None the less devastating to this 10 year old. This would be a collapse on a new scale and I cant see that happening. Having said that I think we`ll have to wait beyond Saturday. We`ll win of course (fingers crossed) but Chelmsford appear to be struggling at the moment, 3 defeats on the bounce (in all competitions/none at home) incl local cup final so I wouldn`t be surprised to see Woking to get a result there.

I just think we will get a repeat of the Chelmsford performance with the high tempo closing down which will surely be too much for Eastbourne .

Lets face it a win here all but clinches it irrespective of what Woking do.

Chelmsford from is irrelevant - I am of the opinion that a win against them wasn't the worst result in the world for Chelmsford. In reality there is more chance of them getting promoted as long as we were not in the play offs. The midweek game clearly impacted on their defeat the following Saturday when they ran out of steam in the second half.

A shame they had another game on Tuesday though which is a negative but how much they put into some meaningless county game is debatable.

Its unlikely that Woking will reproduce their form from last Saturday and their defence looks a liability.

Have arrived in Torquay, having made the 200 mile trip from Worthing, Sussex with my daughter. Dry but cold, wrap up warm. Come on you yellows. 💛

Radio Devon doing a big splash on us pre game. They are covering our game as their featured Commo, cheeky twats! I will switch to TUFC Radio as soon as it comes live. maybe we could think of starting our Commo earlier next season to counter the RD coverage. I hope we tell them to do one next season and stick with our own.
