The only decent side among that lot is Costa Rica, so that's the match I'll be watching.

I'll still be watching the England/Costa Rica match, primarily because it looks like Roy has given a chance to a few of the younger players.

England are a hyped up joke. Costa Rica top the group basically because Uruguay and Italy have the WORST sides that they have ever had.
Hodgson is a bumbling idiot - what happened when we played Italy at the Euros? stand off Pirlo and make him look like the best player ever.
We obvious learnt cause we did the same fecking thing again in the World Cup.
What happens when Costa Rica play Italy - they flood the midfield and Pirlo looks likme he should be playing for Welling United.
Really we are an absolute embarassment.

It wasn't until I saw Costa Rica make Italy look like amateurs that I realised just how poor England have been. Costa Rica's players come from the most part from unfancied sides or are reserve players. They outplayed Italy, why the hell could our team not do better? Passion and commitment for one reason, all the Costa Ricans played with pride and guts for their country. Organisation and tactics too, the Costa Rica manager had clearly done his homework on Italy and Uruguay. I don't buy this coming generation stuff for England either. Yes, the young players did well (far better than Gerrard, who played like a donkey, Rice looks more convincing than Hart), but I expect little improvement in the next World Cup. Disappointment is the lot of the England fan.

But I will watch England as a loyal Englishman, fully expecting once again to be let down.

During the Italy V costa Rica game, It was a flashback of this season for us. Bottom of the table and relying on other results. We're pro's at this :)

None, but I'd rather see which of the two sides qualify. I'll still be keeping an eye out on England's performance, but find the Italy/Uruguay game more interesting.
