Post by Behind-the-Gulls »

According to WMN Greeks may have to go to PFA for bail-out to pay players wages next month.

I say this not because it's Exeter, but say this on behalf of every supporter of every club that is well run - PLEASE STOP BAILING OUT FOOTBALL CLUBS.

If they can't afford things, they fold.

End of story.

...and we can probably guess that it would be us who actually did do that, after watching Exeter and Plymouth cheat an existence for years.

We're never going to fold, with all the money we save on overnight stays for the team when they play away. We'll just drop down the leagues, cutting even more expenses (because we're financially prudent) and end up playing at Armada Park..

Cash flow problems probably improved a bit now that their first round FA cup tie with Warrington is going to be shown live on BBC2..
