Depressed? Suicidal? The single biggest cause of death in men under the age of 45 is suicide. Don’t let that happen to you. Fight back now, and get help. Some official organisations and charities may be uninterested, unable or unwilling to help, but don’t be put off, and never give up. Keep fighting. You are not alone.

Here are links to help with increasingly common problems:

Today, on World Suicide Prevention Day, the focus is male suicide. Suicide is currently the single biggest killer of men aged under 45 in the UK, and men are nearly four times more likely than women to take their own life.

And members of the National Suicide Prevention Alliance - 70 organisations from the private, public and voluntary sectors - are calling upon men to seek help when they’re down or in crisis.

But is anybody asking why (and getting the correct answer)? Why so many men?

UPDATE: WARNING: CALM, ostensibly a men's suicide charity, is run by CEO Jane Powell, a reportedly odious feminist. Calm raises lots of money, apparently, not for the purpose of preventing men's suicides, but to co-opt the campaign seemingly to provide more jobs for feminists in order to control the narrative. This is why they are still asking why so many men kill themselves. They cannot see beyond their feminist world view: that it's all the fault of the mythical 'patriarchy'. They cannot see the damaging effects of man-hating feminism (it was never about 'equality') on society, the education system toxic to male students, the family courts biased against fathers, and a feminist-controlled judicial system where police and the CPS seek to increase rape and sexual assault convictions by including all false accusations and distorting due process and the presumption of innocence.
