With all the problems facing men regarding mental health, sexual abuse and family justice, this is REALLY what these so-called 'Men's Rights' movements are fighting for? It really shows them for what they are.

No, Men's Sheds have as much to do with 'men's rights movements' as the Women's Institute is connected with feminism, though there may well be activists connected with both. Read the links and you will see that Men's Sheds did not begin as a response specifically to feminism but were intended in part to help men such as war veterans and others to help each other deal with mental health problems and other issues which society as a whole tends to ignore, plus whatever else is of interest to them, without the oversight of women, feminist or otherwise. So no, they have no direct connection with men's rights movements nor with feminism, though feminists would no doubt love to take control of them.
